When you submit a service request through the contact form, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, phone number, email address (optional), RV location or ZIP code, RV type, a description of the problem, and an optional urgency selection.
We do not require you to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
How your information is used
Information submitted through a service request is used to review your request and, based on your location and provider availability, may be shared with an independent service provider in order to respond to it. This is a request-based service. After you submit a request, the information can be reviewed and shared with an independent service provider based on location and availability. Submitting a request does not guarantee service.
Who we may share information with
- Independent service providers, in order to fulfill or respond to your request.
- Service providers that help operate this site (for example, form-processing, email, or hosting infrastructure), solely to support that operation.
- Google Analytics, for aggregate website traffic and usage data (see "Cookies and analytics" below).
- We do not sell your personal information.

This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand general traffic patterns, such as which pages are visited and whether a service request was submitted. Google Analytics may use cookies and similar technologies to collect this information. This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party ad tracking.

We retain information submitted through service requests for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request and for basic recordkeeping.
